Built for Texas water systems that don't have a data department

Most predictive infrastructure software is designed for big-city utilities with GIS staff, consultants, and eight-figure capital budgets. We built Gulf Coast HydroAnalytics for everyone else.

Texas has more than 7,000 public water systems. The overwhelming majority are small and run by a handful of people who handle everything from billing to break repair, on budgets without room for guesswork or error.

Small utilities face the same aging pipes, the same soil, and the same weather as large ones, but they have no way to see what’s coming.

City Managers: Defend your capital plan with something better than a hunch. Walk into council with a ranked list of which pipes are at risk, what a failure would cost, and what you're doing about it.

Public Works Directors: Stop finding out a main was failing when it's already under water. Know which segments to watch, which to replace, and which are fine for another decade.

City Councils and Boards: See where every infrastructure dollar goes and why. Make replacement decisions you can explain to residents and defend in a budget hearing.
